Job Summary

  • Promote and ensure guest satisfaction by fostering a strong team environment and maintaining high associate morale.

  • Supervise prompt and courteous service of all restaurant and room service orders.

  • Ensure all guest interactions reflect a positive image and that guest areas are clean and well maintained.

  • Remain on the floor throughout meal periods to monitor service quality and provide adequate support.

  • Assist with seating serving and communication with the kitchen to ensure smooth operations.

  • Ensure only high-quality food and beverage products are served.

  • Open and close shifts in accordance with the Managers Checklist.

  • Execute proper revenue control and check handling procedures during shifts.

  • Maintain a safe sanitary and organized work environment.

  • Prepare and manage operational tools such as schedules floor plans reservations and check controls.

  • Resolve operational challenges (e.g. staff call-outs last-minute bookings daily service issues).

  • Supervise and maintain associate grooming and uniform standards.

  • Support repair and maintenance programs through work orders and inspections.

  • Manage station rotation fairly and handle daily associate relations including scheduling and time adjustments.

  • Assist associates in job performance to ensure guest satisfaction.

  • Support and implement effective training programs for new and existing associates.

  • Encourage problem-solving and empower associates through proper guidance and training.

  • Maintain fair and consistent counseling and disciplinary procedures in line with company policies.

  • Recommend new ideas incentive programs and operational improvements to enhance performance.

  • Ensure full compliance with Anantara Service Standards at all times.


Qualifications :

  • High School diploma
  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations
  • Good English communication skills
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Positive learning attitude
