The Opportunity

We have an exciting 3-month secondment opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join us as aTeam Managerfor ourAgribusiness Directteam.

About Your New Role

As the Team Manager you will lead and inspire a high-performing team of Agribusiness Direct Associates who support our customers nationally through multiple digital channels. You will be a pivotal leader responsible for coaching your team to build strong customer relationships drive performance and deliver service excellence.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership and Development:Providing effective coaching mentoring and leadership to your team with a strong focus on capability development and achieving outstanding performance.
  • Customer Focus:Driving a customer-centric culture to ensure a consistent and exceptional experience for our agribusiness customers.
  • Relationship Management:Building and maintaining effective relationships with your team customers and key internal and external partners.
  • Performance and Risk:Supporting the management of the portfolios financial performance and ensuring all business unit risk compliance and policy requirements are met.
  • Continuous Improvement:Championing a culture of continuous improvement by challenging the status quo and streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.

What You Will Bring to the Role

We are looking for a candidate who is ready to lead by example and embodies our values. The ideal person for this role will have:

  • Agribusiness Expertise:A strong background and experience in agribusiness or business banking including end-to-end lending processes and financial analysis.
  • Inspirational Leadership:Demonstrated leadership experience with proven skills in coaching and developing high-performing teams (experience leading a remote team is highly desirable).
  • A Passion for People:A genuine passion for helping others grow with an ability to empower and inspire commitment to team goals.
  • Drive and Charisma:Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and drive results.
  • Qualifications:FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation is essential. A tertiary qualification in a business or finance-related discipline is also desirable.
