What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff visitors and vendors by carrying out site-specific policies access control procedures and other security-related duties and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout galleries offices and exterior perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entrances exhibit spaces and public areas for unusual conditions assist with wayfinding and queue management and help to protect artwork and property by observing and reporting concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including medical calls disturbances lost children or guests and alarms and coordinate with local responders as directed.
• Complete patrol logs and incident reports communicate updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision and support opening and closing routines such as checking doors gates and restricted areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
