Job Summary
To provide a warm professional welcome to all guests and ensure a seamless arrival and seating experience that reflects the standards of a five-star Hotel. The Host is responsible for guest interactions managing reservations coordinating guest flow and delivering exceptional first and last impressions that enhance the overall guest journey.
Qualifications :
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a high-end restaurant luxury hotel or similar environment preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Professional telephone manner and confident use of reservation systems.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required as well as shift patterns between the hours of 7am - 11pm.
