Administrative Driver

Primary Function of Position:
Provide transfer service to internal or external personnel who visit the facilities of Intuitive Mexicali in accordance with vehicle safety regulations and the instructions of their immediate superior; to expedite compliance with the work agenda of external staff or plant visitors.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all personnel properly use personal protective equipment and that the established safety and hygiene standards are respected identifying unsafe acts and conditions to avoid accidents.
• Use Personal Protective Equipment.
• Use Devices accessories tools and equipment according to the process; verifying that they are in good conditions of use and reporting those that are in poor condition for repair.
• Communicate unsafe acts or conditions to your superiors .
• Participate in the emergency brigades and Health and Safety commission when required.                                                      
• Participate in the Health and Safety courses stablished by the company
• Perform support activities for the EH&S department (safety tours and inspections reporting the risks found)
• Perform support activities for drills or practices of security brigades.     

• Perform the management of government procedures (Semarnat firefighters civil protection etc.)
• Ensure that the processes within the ISI Mexicali site are developed in accordance with quality policies internal controls standards and procedures to mitigate defects.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the companys unit.       
• Ensure the on time delivery of units verifying that the materials human resources equipment and tools are available to anticipate and resolve situations of shortage that may affect compliance with the production plan.
• Perform bank transactions requested by the finance department          
• Perform support activities to the facilities department (Purchase of materials or movement of machinery)                                             
• Collect and deliver various document.                                                  
• Take care of the cost and efficiency in all processes mitigating levels of waste to obtain the expected efficiency between the hours produced against the hours paid.
• Make the purchase and assortment of kanban snacks for all buildings.
• Behave in a manner that helps maintain a favorable working environment complying with established policies regulations and Code of Conduct in order to meet the goals of the Organization
• Perform staff transfers to the city of San Diego CA         
• Make transfers of foreign personnel within the city
• Take the assigned trainings in the ISU (Intuitive Surgical University) curriculum.
• Comply with the Organizations Policies Regulations and Code of Conduct
• Prepare performance self-assessment for the MERIT process.  
• Collaborate in the realization of events in the area of human resources
• Facilitate the manufacturing results in the expected times using the designated resources using the established systems and processes to contribute to the efficiency and profitability of the Company.
• Perform mechanical inspection of the assigned unit.
• Ensure food service for work meetings.

Qualifications :

Skills Experience Education & Training:

• Education:   High School/ Technical Career
• English Language Skills: Intermediate. Written and Spoken
• System Management:     
  • Office Package basic
  • Sentri Visa 
  • Messenger driver or similar position 2 years
  • Experience in transportation of executive staff 1 year
• Knowledge/ Skills:   
  • Traffic Regulations 2 years
  • Knowledge of the city and its main roads 2 years
  • Basic Automotive Mechanics 1 year
  • Use of Geo Location Technology 1 year
