Your primary focus will be across the spectrum from commercial activities and practice development to delivery and management of Oracle HCM implementation such as....
- Market Assessment & Strategy: Identifying Oracle HCM opportunities across the Nordic region and developing targeted go-to-market strategies
- Sales & Business Development: Leading the sales process from pipeline and lead generation to proposal development (RFI/RFP) presentations and negotiations
- Delivery Excellence: Managing and delivering complex end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations with a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction
- Team Building & Development: Recruiting developing and mentoring a high-performing team of Oracle HCM consultants and specialists
- Capability Development: Building thought leadership tools methodologies and accelerators that strengthen Deloittes position in Oracle HCM advisory
- Practice Operations: Workforce planning capability uplift/training quality assurance and risk management
The role goes beyond consulting sales and delivery - it involves building a consulting practice from the ground up based on Deloitte standards and culture i.e. developing talent and creating market-leading solutions that address the evolving Oracle HCM landscape within the Deloitte.
Qualifications :
To succeed in this role youll bring a blend of deep Oracle HCM knowledge consulting experience and an entrepreneurial mindset. The ideal candidate has the following capabilities across technical expertise leadership development and personal attributes
Technical and Delivery Expertise:
- Proven experience in selling and delivering end-to-end Oracle HCM projects ideally as a programme manager engagement lead or practice leader with a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction
- Strong delivery capabilities including quality assurance risk management and programme governance to ensure successful outcomes on large complex projects
- Experience managing sales processes - from pipeline and lead generation to proposal development (RFI/RFP) presentations and negotiationswith delivery as the primary focus complemented by commercial acumen to support practice growth
- Knowledge of Oracle HCMs competitive landscape and ability to position Deloittes Oracle services effectively in the market
Leadership and Practice Development:
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and expand a practice or capability area within an established organisation
- Experience developing thought leadership tools methodologies and go-to-market materials that strengthen market position in Oracle HCM advisory
- Strong motivation to grow market presence through active business development and client engagement
- Ability to mentor coach and develop junior team members fostering a culture of followership continuous learning and excellence
- Ability to balance delivery excellence with business development and practice growth
