About the Role
As Head Waiter with responsibility for Afternoon Tea you will play a key role in delivering one of our most distinctive guest experiences. You will act as the host and driving force behind the service ensuring a seamless elegant and memorable atmosphere from start to finish.
The role combines hands-on service with planning and coordination. You will be present on the floor leading by example while also overseeing bookings flow of service and team performance. With a strong eye for detail you ensure that every elementfrom presentation and timing to guest interactionmeets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for the execution of Afternoon Tea service
Lead motivate and develop the service team
Ensure exceptional quality in every detailfrom setup to guest experience
Plan and coordinate bookings and capacity
Train and follow up on team members
Collaborate closely with the kitchen and wider operations team
Who Were Looking For:
Experience as a Head Waiter Restaurant Manager or similar role
Strong understanding of hospitality and guest experience
Highly organised solution-oriented and detail-focused
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work both operationally and administratively
