Production Assistant (m/f/d)
We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Assistant for our customer service team at our global competence centre for development and production in Dübendorf Switzerland.
The ideal candidate will focus primarily on electrode manufacturing while also supporting customer support.
Main responsibilities:
- Performing electrode manufacturing processes including electroplating membrane cutting and assembly of electrode sets
- Maintaining quality standards throughout the production process
- Managing inventory of electrode components and finished products
- Documenting production procedures and maintaining careful records
- Packaging and preparing electrode sets for shipping
- Supporting service activities in important projects as needed
- Assisting with troubleshooting ozone generators
Qualifications :
Qualifications Required:
- Technical training or comparable experience in manufacturing/production
- High level of attention to detail and quality awareness
- Experience in precise manual work and assembly
- Experience in inventory management
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent German language skills (English skills desirable)
- Drivers license
Desirable qualifications:
- Experience with electroplating processes
- Experience in technical customer support
- Experience with documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
