You will lead mentor and inspire a passionate team setting the tone for elevated guest-centric service that reflects the timeless elegance of Sofitel. With your natural warmth and attention to detail you will ensure each interaction is seamless sophisticated and distinctly luxurious.
Working closely with our talented culinary team you will curate flawless service experiences ensuring service flow menu execution and presentation are executed to the highest standard. Your presence on the floor will embody professionalism and grace providing efficient intuitive and personalised service while creating an atmosphere that invites guests to linger and indulge.
Beyond the guest experience you will play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of the Bars department. With strong operational oversight you will drive performance through effective team development VIP engagement revenue controls and stock management ensuring the Champagne Bar continues to deliver both exceptional service and commercial excellence.
Qualifications :
About You
You bring proven experience in premium or luxury bar lounge or restaurant operations ideally in a leadership role within a five-star environment. With a genuine passion for personalised guest service you have the intuition and creativity to craft memorable experiences resolving any challenges with elegance discretion and finesse. Your deep knowledge of wine champagne beverage operations stock control revenue reconciliation and POS systems ensures every service runs seamlessly and to the highest luxury standard.
As a confident ambassador of the Sofitel brand you thrive in a diverse team environment inspiring colleagues and delighting guests with your professionalism and warmth. Flexible and dependable you embrace a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays to deliver service that is both sophisticated and safe reflecting the true essence of luxury hospitality.
You hold a current RSA certificate to ensure every service is delivered safely elegantly and to the highest standard of care and hold full Australian working rights allowing you to work with us without restriction.
