Are you an experienced irrigation professional ready to step into a leadership role or a current supervisor looking for a fresh challenge

Were working with a well-established and growing contractor delivering irrigation installation upgrades and maintenance projects across the Perth metro area. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll be out in the field supporting your team while ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.

The Role

Youll take the lead on a range of irrigation projects overseeing both installation and maintenance works while supporting a small team of technicians.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting field teams across multiple projects
• Managing irrigation installations upgrades and servicing works
• Diagnosing faults and overseeing repairs on existing systems
• Coordinating materials subcontractors and job scheduling
• Monitoring job progress quality and safety compliance
• Maintaining strong client relationships on-site

What Were Looking For

• Hands-on irrigation experience (essential)
• Experience leading crews or stepping into a supervisory role
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Good communication and customer-facing skills
• Ability to plan prioritise and manage daily workloads
• White Card & Drivers Licence (required)
• Qualifications in Irrigation Horticulture Turf or similar (highly regarded)
