Workshop Supervisor Manifolds

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor - Manifolds to lead our workshop team at our Kings Park site.
This is a hands on leadership role responsible for overseeing a team of fitters and technicians to deliver high quality builds ensuring strong output accuracy and on time delivery. Working closely with the Workshop Manager you will coordinate daily operations support the team on the floor and resolve issues as they arise to keep production running smoothly.
- Team Leadership & Output: Lead and support the workshop team to achieve production targets ensuring quality productivity and delivery standards are met
- Shop Floor Operations: Coordinate daily activities allocate work and keep production running to schedule while resolving operational issues
- Hands on Support: Work alongside the team on assembly when required providing technical guidance and maintaining a strong presence on the floor
- Performance & Development: Drive team performance through coaching feedback and development planning including performance reviews and training needs
- Quality & Continuous Improvement: Monitor production troubleshoot issues and drive improvements in productivity waste reduction and overall efficiency
- Safety Compliance & Standards: Maintain a safe organised workshop ensuring adherence to HSE requirements and strong 5S practices
Qualifications :
- Strong experience as a fitter with solid knowledge of hydraulic systems
- Previous experience leading or supervising a workshop or production team
- Proven ability to manage team performance resolve issues and maintain output under pressure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and guide teams effectively
- Experience using SAP with solid computer skills across Microsoft Office
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support broader workshop needs
- Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting Engineering (Mechanical Trade) or similar (desirable)
