What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the retail sales floor entrances parking areas and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor for suspicious behavior potential theft indicators and/or disturbances; approach and communicate in a professional manner and notify store leadership and/or law enforcement as directed by site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including assisting with de-escalation documenting events and completing reports.
• Control access at designated points help manage traffic flow and cart areas as assigned and support store closing/opening procedures per post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.

• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
