Learn more: As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas conduct routine rounds and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. This is a driving post so you will use a company or site vehicle to cover large areas complete patrol checks and communicate clearly with site contacts. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal and location-specific security-related procedures post orders and access requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas parking areas and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify identification and/or credentials as required and document visitor contractor and delivery activity according to site policy.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including initiating notifications coordinating with onsite contacts and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Complete detailed reports on patrols observations incidents and corrective actions taken and communicate relevant information during shift transitions.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
