Bayside Health is a public health service delivering high-quality care across every stage of life for close to 1.2 million people living in metropolitan Melbourne the Mornington Peninsula Koo Wee Rup Bass Coast and Southern Gippsland. The Role
Carer Services is funded by State and Commonwealth Governments to deliver multiple programs including phone support in person support services peer support information and social activities to carers (including young carers) of people who are aged living with dementia have a disability or chronic illness and/or mental illness.

The Role
TheOperations Lead provides leadership to strengthen the effectiveness quality and performance of Carer Services. This role plays a key part in:
Working closely with the leadership team you will help build a highperforming collaborative culture while contributing to strategic and operational priorities.
This role blendsclinical insight with operational leadership making it ideal for someone ready to step into a broader servicewide leadership position.
