What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors and staff at the front desk by following Allied Universal procedures site-specific policies and security-related protocols at a healthcare location.
• Control access by greeting and screening entrants issuing visitor credentials and directing individuals to appropriate destinations based on site guidelines.
• Monitor alarms cameras and communications systems as assigned and document unusual activity and/or policy violations in accordance with post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency services per site procedure.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports including incident documentation shift activity notes and handoff communication to the next officer.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
