Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Practice best Quality Engineering guideline define by the Quality Engineering department
- Lead team for process compliance
- Participate tech architectural review meeting and identify API sequence and logic
- Provide technical guidance and review for test Approach
- Recommends best practices and ensure adherence to the best practices
- Prepare Quality Engineering estimation & Quality Engineering strategy as part of POC
- Analyze new QE trends and technologies and implement them to the team
- If automation;
Define & implement over all automation strategy
Create R&D and POC new technologies - Follow Agile process
- On-time delivery
- Follow the hierarchy when there is need of any escalation
Person Specifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field or BSc equivalent qualification with 10 year(s) experience
- 8 year(s) experience in Software Engineering
- Sound knowledge best Quality Assurance practices
- Hands on experience automation framework development
- Broad knowledge of non-functional testing methods
- Experience performance test techniques
- Analytical problem-solving teamwork and communication skills
- Understanding on Scrum and Agile practices
