Role: Dutch Customer Support (Remote in Greece)

Project: Support for a Global Leader in Premium Home Appliances

Location: 100% Remote anywhere in Greece

The Opportunity

Join an elite team supporting the worlds most innovative household technology brand. We are looking for Dutch speakers to provide high-end service for premium products including high-tech vacuum cleaners hair care and air purification systems.

Your Responsibilities

Expert Support: Handle incoming Dutchinquiries via phone chat and email.

Tech Troubleshooting: Assist customers with product setup and technical fixes.

Premium Service: Maintain the high standards of a world-renowned tech brand.

Documentation: Log all interactions in English using our CRM.

Requirements

Native/C1 Dutch and B2 English proficiency.

Strong interest in high-end consumer technology and innovation.

A quiet home office environment with high-speed internet.

Valid EU Passport or legal right to work in Greece.
