We are currently looking for Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Agents to join an international team supporting customers in a dynamic multicultural environment.
This is a remote role based in Greece with a relocation package available for candidates moving to Athens.
About the Role
As a Customer Support Agent you will be the first point of contact for Portuguese-speaking customers delivering high-quality service and ensuring an excellent customer experience across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat

Requirements

Fluent Portuguese (C1/C2) and good command of English

Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset

Ability to work remotely from within Greece

Availability to work Monday to Friday 11:0020:00
Compensation & Benefits

Gross Salary: 1045.72/month (paid over 14 salaries)

Productivity Bonus: Up to 10% of gross salary

Salary progression:

After 12 months: 1100 gross/month (14 salaries)

After 36 months: 1150 gross/month (14 salaries)
