The ideal candidate is customer-focused detail-oriented and experienced in technical service maintenance support or equipment troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide remote troubleshooting and technical support via phone video and remote access tools
Diagnose equipment software or system issues and recommend corrective actions
Guide customers through step-by-step repair or configuration procedures
Document service interactions resolutions and escalation notes accurately
Coordinate with field technicians when on-site service is required
Monitor service tickets to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
Maintain compliance with safety operational and quality standards
Participate in ongoing product and technical training
Required Qualifications
Must reside in the United States (U.S. work authorization required)
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or technical certification preferred)
2 years of experience in technical support service technician or related field
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Experience using remote support tools and service management systems
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated remote workspace
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting mechanical electrical medical or industrial equipment
Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems
Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
Prior experience in a fully remote service role
