Job Summary

Position: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Algarve (Almancil - Hybrid)

Employment type: Part-Time / Contract - 2/3 days per week

About the role.
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Expert to own and execute our digital growth strategy. This role focuses on lead generation brand positioning funnel optimisation and performance marketing driving both B2C customer acquisition and trade enquiries. Success in this commercial role is measured by leads conversions cost efficiency and measurable revenue impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Google LinkedIn and relevant platforms to drive leads bookings and enquiries
Improve campaign performance through audience targeting retargeting strategies A/B testing and ongoing optimisation
Develop and manage organic content strategy across social channels to grow brand visibility and engagement
Manage CRM and email marketing including automation audience segmentation and nurture campaigns to improve conversions
Track performance metrics produce regular reports and provide data-driven recommendations to support business growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

Fluent/Native in English (C1) both written and oral
1 years experience in digital marketing growth marketing or lead generation roles with proven campaign results
Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms including Meta Ads and Google Ads
Strong understanding of marketing funnels conversion optimisation analytics and performance reporting
Experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp and CRM-driven campaigns
Commercially minded data-driven proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Desirable: experience in hospitality travel or retail marketing landing page builders SEO knowledge copywriting skills or interest in golf.
