Job Summary
ICF NEXT is looking for a Senior Social Media Expert to work from one of our clients premises in Brussels. The position is open to employees and freelancers.
The responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and analysis of social media posts related to EU matters thus contributing to a better understanding of news/posts/reactions and their impact
- Identifies threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding the contracting authoritys brand and reports back to internal stakeholders.
- Gather analyse and interpret social data using the analytics tools provided by the client in order to provide actionable insights to optimise the social media strategy.
- Provide regular and ad hoc reporting analysis and insights around social behaviour.
- Analyse key trends in relevant social media content and activities.
- Contribute to the analysis of traditional media and integrate the finding of the social media analysis in order to obtain a global view and perspective of the media reactions related to EU matters.
- Research content mainly on social media complementing the content available in traditional media and present the finding to relevant stakeholders.
- Interpret multiple data sources to find and tell the story behind the numbers.
- Ensure that the deliverables fulfil the business requirements defined by the contracting authority.
- Keep track of the evolution of the social media environment and identify emerging trends relevant contributors platforms constantly adapting working methods monitored platforms / accounts and queries.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience;
- English C1 level knowledge of other EU languages a plus
