This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents guests and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential streets common areas and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including assessing conditions notifying appropriate parties and documenting actions taken.
• Monitor and report on access points parking areas and community amenities assisting with resident and/or visitor questions and helping to address concerns in accordance with posted rules and location instructions.
• Complete reports logs and incident documentation clearly and accurately communicating notable activity to Allied Universal leadership and/or client representatives as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
