Job Summary

The Host serves as the first point of contact for guestsand plays a critical role in setting the tone for an elevated diningexperience. This position is responsible for managing reservationscoordinating dining room flow and seating guests thoughtfully to ensure asmooth and balanced service. The Host maintains a clean and organized hoststand while providing warm professional and attentive service ensuringguests feel welcomed and cared for throughout their visit.

KeyResponsibilities

Coordinate guest seating and manage dining roomflow to support efficient and consistent service

Manage reservations and answer incoming callsproviding accurate information and setting appropriate guest expectations

Maintain awareness of guest preferences specialoccasions dietary restrictions and special accommodations

Ensure the host area and surrounding spaces areclean organized and compliant with health and safety standards

Deliver professional and attentive guest serviceby anticipating the needs of both guests and team members

Complete assigned administrative and preparatorytasks including morning setup duties

Qualifications

Maintain a clean polished and professionalappearance

Strong multitasking skills with a proactive anddependable work ethic

Previous experience in a guest-facing orcustomer service role preferred

Availability to work nights weekends andholidays

Ability to stand for the duration of assignedshifts and lift up to 35 pounds
