Cashier Host Pool (Seasonal)

Responsible for the seating of customers. taking reservations all cashiering and filling of orders. 

Job Duties

• Greeting customers as they arrive at the facility and thank them for their patronage upon departure. 
• Host will be required to make decisions about where large groups of customers will sit in the restaurant. The host directs and instructs the dining room personnel on customer needs to ensure customers receive fast and quality service from the moment they arrive. 
• Should a party have special needs or request accommodations the host ensure the groups requirements are met. including services needed for small children as well as for individuals with disabilities or food allergies.  
• The greeting of guest and fulfilling payment for all restaurant checks. 
• Cashiers must adhere to cash handling SOPs and variance policy. 
• The host must ensure that station is kept clean and organized before during and after shift.
• Ensures compliance with all regulatory controls and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to qualify for and maintain licensure as required by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
• Must have full working knowledge of MICROS POS. 
• Must be Serv-Safe certified. 
• Must be TIPS or RAMP certified. 
• Must be knowledgeable and adhere to all PLCB regulations
