Job Summary

The Pure Flow Processing division combines all process engineering components and machinery from GEA for resource efficient production processes worldwide. These technologies are at the heart of industrial applications and ensure the efficient safe processing of raw materials and products. Powerful automation digital and service offerings support planning operation and optimization. With extensive expertise in production heating and refrigeration technology GEA enables resource-oriented energy-saving solutions and makes an important contribution to CO₂ reduction and a cleaner environment.

Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Project Support: Support the project team in planning designing and implementing our projects with international stakeholders

  • Digital Learning: Design and implement digital learning formats and actively contribute to the rollout of our projects

  • Media Production: Assist in the production of training videos by contributing creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling and ensure the content aligns with our learning objectives and brand standards

  • Team Integration: Be an essential part of our international team and gain deep insights into the conceptualization and establishment of learning projects within our Heating & Refrigeration Technologies division

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Academic Background: Enrolled student in Business Education Media and Communication Studies Business Administration Organizational Psychology with a focus on HR development Educational Media Management or a comparable field of study

  • Learning & Innovation: Passion for digital learning innovation and organizational transformation

  • E-Learning Tools: Advantageous but not required: experience with e-learning tools such as Articulate 360 Adobe Activate Genially etc.

  • Video Skills: Skills in video production and editing (e.g. Camtasia or DaVinci Resolve) are a plus including basic knowledge of visual storytelling and post-production workflows

  • Personal Strengths: Creativity enthusiasm initiative and a structured working style

  • Language Proficiency: Excellent English and good german skills; additional languages are a plus
