Job description
Own the AC services portfolio across markets: define package and grow products and services that help customers optimize receivables and improve cashflow. The Product Manager builds the service catalog partners with Marketing on brochures and presentations shapes product strategy launches new offerings embeds them operationally and maintains a strong ear to the market to inform continuous innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Margin
- Structure discovery (market research customer interviews win/loss competitor scans)
- Quantify opportunities in collaboration local countries.
- Map and monitor product margins with the goal to optimize across regions.
- Define product strategies (problem definition target segments positioning pricing hypotheses regulatory considerations).
Product Marketing Assets
- Collaborate with Marketing to create brochures factsheets and sales decks per service and market.
- Maintain a modular sales presentation library.
Product development
- Lead product development in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders (e.g. IT Operations Product Owner Data teams).
- Create business cases to show impact of potential product and sketch out organizational impact
Launch & Embedding (GotoMarket)
- Lead endtoend launches: readiness checklists training plans sales playbooks and feedback loops.
- Coordinate crossfunctionally (Operations Sales Legal/Compliance Finance IT) to embed the product in processes systems pricing and reporting.
- Track adoption and performance; run postlaunch retrospectives and iterate offers based on data.
Global Service Catalog
- Build and maintain a single structured catalog of AC services with clear value propositions eligibility pricing parameters SLAs and operational playbooks.
- Publish a searchable catalog in SharePoint or CRM and keep it current through yearly reviews and stakeholder input from Operations and Sales.
Required Experience & Skills
Experience
- 58 years in product management or service design in B2B services insurance or credit/risk/collections domain.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling services across multiple markets.
- Good communicator: able to sell your product internally and externally
- Product discovery & strategy (problem framing segmentation value proposition).
- Portfolio and lifecycle management; GTM planning and sales enablement.
Qualifications
- Bachelors/Masters in Business Economics Marketing or related field.
- Product management certification (nice to have).
- Fluent English; additional languages an advantage.
