Are you our new Head of Communications

What will you do:

The Head of Communications will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership ensuring consistent messaging strong media presence and effective employee communication across the organization.

The Head of Communications is responsible for developing and implementing the marketing brand and communications strategy in the Market based on Intrums Group Brand & Comms overall strategy. This includes working closely with multiple stakeholders within the organisation to ensure key messages are conveyed in the correct manner and internal and external publications are constructed in a way which reflects Intrum branding.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive internal and external communications strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to Executive Leadership on communication messaging and reputation matters.
  • Lead manage and develop the Communications function to ensure high performance and alignment.
  • Oversee media relations including proactive press engagement and crisis response.
  • Safeguard and strengthen corporate brand positioning and reputation.
  • Develop executive messaging speeches press releases and leadership materials.
  • Drive employee engagement through effective internal communication strategies.
  • Support organizational transformation and change initiatives with clear communication plans.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels (digital social media corporate publications website).
  • Establish crisis communication frameworks and lead response during sensitive situations.
  • Monitor communication impact and KPIs adjusting strategy where necessary.

What were looking for:

  • 1012 years of experience in corporate communications marketing or public relations related field.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing communication teams.
  • Strong track record in media relations and reputation management.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing communication strategies aligned to business objectives.
  • Experience advising senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in crisis communication and issues management.
  • Experience in internal communications and change communication initiatives.
  • Experience working in a complex matrix international organization.
  • Strong exposure to digital communications content strategy and brand management.
