Job Description
As a Security Officer - Unarmed Rover Driver in Kailua HI you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas complete routine rounds and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will greet staff patients and visitors with strong customer service clear communication and a professional presence while documenting observations and reporting concerns. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license in the job state. Allied Universal values integrity teamwork agility reliability and innovation.

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to patients visitors and/or staff while carrying out Allied Universal and site-specific security-related procedures and policies within a healthcare location.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas exterior grounds parking areas and/or perimeter routes; working environments and conditions may vary by assignment.
- Respond to incidents alarms and/or requests for assistance in a calm problem-solving manner including escalating concerns to site leadership and/or emergency responders as needed.
- Control access through designated doors and entrances monitor visitor flow and assist with badge and/or key control procedures per site policy.
- Complete security-related reports and shift logs document unusual activity and communicate observations to the site supervisor and/or appropriate personnel.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
