Job Summary

Job Description:

Position: Instructional Designer

Location:Remote (U.S Based)

Job Responsibilities:

Design and develop engaging and effective learning materials such as training modules online courses and instructional guides.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy of information.
Utilize instructional design principles to create interactive and multi-media rich content.
Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluation and feedback mechanisms.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning.

Essential Qualifications:

Proficiency in instructional design software and tools.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Desired Experience:

1 year of experience in instructional design or e-learning development.
Experience working in a retail or consumer-focused industry is a plus.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $75000
Maximum Salary: $145000
