Position: Instructional Designer
Location:Remote (U.S Based)
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging and effective learning materials such as training modules online courses and instructional guides.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy of information.
- Utilize instructional design principles to create interactive and multi-media rich content.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluation and feedback mechanisms.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficiency in instructional design software and tools.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Desired Experience:
- 1 year of experience in instructional design or e-learning development.
- Experience working in a retail or consumer-focused industry is a plus.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $75000
- Maximum Salary: $145000
