Job Description:

Position: Instructional Designer

Location:Remote (U.S Based)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop engaging and effective learning materials such as training modules online courses and instructional guides.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy of information.
  • Utilize instructional design principles to create interactive and multi-media rich content.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluation and feedback mechanisms.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in instructional design software and tools.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Desired Experience:

  • 1 year of experience in instructional design or e-learning development.
  • Experience working in a retail or consumer-focused industry is a plus.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Minimum Salary: $75000
  • Maximum Salary: $145000
