Job Summary
A leading national residential property developer and community management company is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join their on-site operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that buildings facilities and common areas are maintained to the highest standards of quality and safety.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Grade 12 (Matric)
Trade qualification (Electrical / Plumbing / Millwright or similar preferred)
35 years experience in property estate or facilities maintenance
Strong knowledge of general building systems
Valid drivers license
Ability to work independently and within a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication and customer service skills
