Were looking for an Operations Associate to join our France this role youll be a key contributor to our day-to-day execution ensuring our operations are consistent reliable and compliant while helping us deliver excellent service to riders and customers.

What Youll Be Doing

Youll be joining the Operations team. You will be one of the pillars enabling us to remain efficient and insight-driven working across local and European teams to support smooth coordination and knowledge-sharing.

Heres what your day-to-day might look like:

• Process Ownership: Manage and execute core operational workflows including rider support compliance checks and contract processes with total precision and consistency.

• Root-Cause Investigation: Deep dive into individual rider cases and customer incidents to identify the why behind breakdowns and feed into process refinements.

• Rider Support Operations: Handle escalations and investigations related to rider questions ensuring resolutions align with our internal policies and service standards.

• Data-Driven Monitoring: Track operational KPIs to identify trends or anomalies providing the data needed for high-level operational visibility.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies or gaps in our current systems and contribute to the evolution of our internal tools and documentation.

What Youll Need to Thrive

Essential

• Analytical Rigour: Significant experience in quantitative and qualitative analytics including advanced Excel modelling and database crunching.

• Multilingual Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English are essential.

• Problem-Solving Mindset: A pragmatic and hands-on approach to problem-solving with the ability to structure ambiguous issues clearly.

• Project Management: Proven ability to prioritise effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and favour 80/20 approaches to drive impact.

• Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across functions and share findings with leadership.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a high-paced tech startup or management consultancy.

• Knowledge of SQL and data visualisation tools such as Tableau Looker or Periscope.
