This position is currently for talent pooling purposes. While we may not have an immediate opening we are actively building a pipeline of strong Email Marketing Specialists for upcoming growth initiatives.
We will still proceed with our initial HR screening and interview process and shortlisted candidates will be contacted once a role officially opens.

Email is one of the most profitable and scalable channels in eCommerce and we believe it should be treated as a revenue engine not just a support channel.
As a Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist youll directly contribute to increasing revenue across our eCommerce brands by improving and scaling our email flows and campaigns. Your work will have a measurable impact on company profitability and long-term growth.
This role is for someone who wants to build optimize and scale not just send newsletters.
What Youll Own & Build
In this role youll be trusted with real responsibility from day one. Your success will be measured in your first 90 days based on the following metrics:
Increasing revenue generated from email marketing by at least 25%
Building optimizing and scaling high-performing automated flows (welcome abandoned cart post-purchase win back etc.)
Launching strategic campaigns that drive engagement and repeat purchases
Running consistent A/B tests on subject lines creatives segmentation and offers
Using data insights to continuously refine performance and reporting results clearly
What Were Looking For
Were excited to work with someone who:
Has at least 2 years of email marketing experience in eCommerce
Has hands-on experience with Klaviyo (Required)
Has experience working with Shopify (nice to have)
Has a strong creative mindset and solid copywriting skills
Is analytical performance-driven comfortable taking ownership and working in a fast-paced environment
Thinks in terms of revenue impact not just open rates
