A rapidly growing international biotechnology company specializing in innovative oncology therapies is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager. The organization is dedicated to developing cutting-edge cancer treatments and working closely with medical experts to improve patient care and outcomes.
Role Overview:
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving and implementing the companys commercial strategy within the assigned territory in the hematology and oncology field. The role focuses on building brand awareness providing scientific and distribution support to key stakeholders and achieving sales targets while adhering to the highest ethical and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Build a strong company image and increase product awareness in the hematology-oncology market.
Provide scientific and commercial support to hospital pharmacists and hematology-oncology specialists.
Achieve sales objectives and maintain high-quality relationships with key accounts.
Develop and implement business projects to optimize patient care in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Organize and participate in local national and international symposia workshops and customer meetings.
Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs Market Access Customer Engagement and other internal teams.
Ensure compliance with all internal standards as well as local laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
University degree in life sciences pharmacy health economics or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role within hematology/oncology or a similar therapeutic area.
Established network and in-depth knowledge of key stakeholders in hematology and oncology.
Strong understanding of hospital markets and drug distribution structures especially hospital pharmacies.
Proven track record of success in a dynamic fast-growing entrepreneurial environment.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a collaborative mindset.
Proactive solution-oriented approach with strong project management abilities.
Intermediate level of English (spoken and written).
Willingness to travel frequently (at least 60% field-based activity) and a valid drivers license.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
