Job Summary

Phone Sales Officer (Inside Sales)

Job Role & Responsibilities:

100% Inside Sales profile (no field work)
Make outbound calls to customers to sell insurance products
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
Cross-sell third-party products to existing and new customers
Explain product features benefits and policy details clearly
Handle customer objections and close sales effectively
Maintain accurate records of calls leads and sales in the system
Follow company sales scripts processes and compliance guidelines
Achieve daily weekly and monthly sales targets

CTC:

2.50 LPA 3.25 LPA

Experience:

Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply
Sales or telecalling experience will be an added advantage
