The Head Office groups together the main cross-functional functions (marketing legal finance human resources shareholder relations communication etc.). The corporate teams define strategies in their field of expertise and provide assistance and advice to the various Group fulfill its missions and to reflect the diversity of the Group the Head Office is increasingly multicultural and has an international vocation.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
Join the Global Talent Management team to drive SHINE a strategic transformation program designed to move Air Liquide from a job-based to a Skills-Based Organization (SBO). This initiative is part of the broader FIT Transformation aimed at building an agile workforce securing critical skills for the future and empowering employees to take ownership of their careers through AI-enabled technology (Workday).
Your Missions
Reporting to the SBO Project Leader you will act as a PMO (Project Management Officer) Analyst supporting the deployment of the pilot in North America (NAM) and the preparation for global scale-up.
1. Strategic Communication & Change Management (40%)
Design high-impact presentations: Assist in creating slide decks for Steercos SBO Boards and workshops. You will translate complex HR concepts (Skill Architecture Taxonomy) into clear engaging visuals for HR VPs and Business Leaders.
Support Change Management: Help design change materials such as Persona Journeys (e.g. Diegos Journey Enriques Journey) to illustrate the employee experience.
Draft Communications: Assist in writing newsletters and Close the loop communications to keep stakeholders engaged and informed of project progress.
2. Data Analysis & Job Architecture Support (30%)
Data Quality & Cleaning: Support the Job Architecture solidification stream by analyzing and cleaning Job Catalog data (descriptions naming conventions) to ensure readiness for AI matching.
KPI Tracking: Update the project Dashboard and Weekly Reports. Monitor key success metrics such as Profile Completion Rates Time to Fill and Skill Gaps.
Survey Analysis: Help analyze qualitative data from workshops and MyVoice surveys to identify pain points regarding career visibility and transparency.
3. Project Management & Coordination (30%)
Task Tracking: Maintain the global project roadmap tracking milestones across different streams (Governance Skill Framework Tech Implementation) to ensure the project remains On Track.
Workshop Organization: Assist in organizing Co-Design Workshops (logistics pre-reads taking minutes) where experts validate critical skills and proficiency levels.
Coordination: Act as a liaison between the Core Team Mercer consultants and local project contributors to ensure smooth information flow.
Are you a MATCH
Education:
Masters degree student in Business School HR Management or Project Management. (Master 2)
Key Skills Required (The Must-Haves):
Project Management: Organized rigorous and able to track multiple deadlines (Gantt charts action logs).
Data Fluency: Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables VLOOKUP) to handle large datasets (Job catalogs skills mapping).
Communication & Design: Excellent command of PowerPoint/Google Slides. Ability to synthesize information and create visually appealing presentations.
Language: Fluent in English (Daily working language with global stakeholders).
Soft Skills (The Nice-to-Haves):
Agility & Adaptability: Comfortable working in a matrix organization and a Test & Learn pilot environment.
Curiosity: Interest in HR Tech (Workday) AI and the Future of Work.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams (HR Operations Technical Experts).
