The Role
TheSenior HR Specialist Shared Services(France/EMEA) - Mobility is a senior individual contributor within the HR Shared Services organization responsible for ensuringHR data accuracy operational quality and effective employee support governanceacross EMEA supporting an employee population of approximately500acrossFrance the UK Spain and Italy.
This role serves as aregional control point and escalation partner ensuring HR transactions employee inquiries and employee relations matters are handled consistently compliantly and in alignment with global standards local requirements and defined service levels. The role emphasizesoversight triage data governance and risk management rather than primary transaction execution or ownership of complex ER cases.
The Senior Specialist partners closely withHR Business Partners Legal Payroll HR Technology and external providersto reduce operational riskmaintaindata integrity and enablea consistentemployee experience across the region.

Responsibilities and Impact
HRShared ServicesOversight & Data Governance
Ownregional HR data accuracy and integrityin the HRIS (e.g. Workday) ensuring employee records reflectaccuratetimely and compliant information.
Provideoversight and quality assurance of HR transactions executed through shared services payroll or external vendors.
Actas an escalation point for complex HR operations and data issues partnering with HR Technology and Payroll to drive resolution and prevent recurrence.
Ensureconsistent application of HR policies SOPs and service delivery standards across supported countries.
Employee & Manager Support
Serveas a senior point of contact for managers and team members for HR policy process and program inquiries.
Triagerequests and concerns to determineappropriate resolutionpaths (self-service shared services execution HRBP Legal).
Provideguidance to people leaders on performance management frameworks and expectations ensuring alignment with global standards and local requirements.
Employee Relations & Compliance
Monitorand triage employee relations matters across the region ensuring cases are handled by theappropriate ownersand within defined risk thresholds.
Independentlyhandlelow-risk routineER matters whenappropriate; partner with HRBPs and Legal on medium- and high-risk issues.
EnsureER cases are properly documented tracked and closed supporting compliance and trend analysis.
Surfaceemerging ER themes or risks to HR leadership proactively.
Works Council & Consultation Support
Coordinateoperational HR inputs for Works Council consultations restructurings and statutory processes in partnership with HRBPs and Legal.
Ensureconsultation materials data and documentation areaccurate complete and delivered on agreed timelines.
Trackfollow-up actions and commitments to support compliance and transparency.
Reporting Insights &Continuous Improvement
Produce andmaintainrecurring HR reports (e.g. headcount data quality metrics ER trends service delivery insights).
Analyze trends toidentifyrisks inconsistencies or improvement opportunities and partner with relevant teams to drive corrective action.
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR shared services processes controls knowledge articles and documentation.
What Makes You a Strong Fit
Experience & Domain Knowledge
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field or equivalent experience.
6 yearsof experience in HR Operations HR Shared Services or regional HR roles within a multinational environment.
Experience supporting multiple European countries with working knowledge of employment law and consultation practices relevant to France Spain Italy and the UK.
Demonstrated experienceoperatingwithin ashared services HR delivery model.
Fluency in English & French
Technical & Analytical Skills
Advanced experience with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) including data validation reporting and audit support.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability toidentifydata and control gaps.
Comfortable translating HR data into operational insights for HR partners and leader

Strong interpersonal and communication skills ability to partner effectively in a matrixed multicultural environment.
