Annex 1やCCSGlobal SOPなどにおいて無菌性保証に関する規制要件や要求事項は近年ますます具体的かつ専門性の高い内容へと変化していますこれらの規制や要求事項を正しく理解し現状とのギャップ分析を行ったうえで是正活動を通じて要求事項を確実に実現することが求められています
このような背景を踏まえワクチンQualityでは無菌性保証活動に主に従事するワクチン無菌性保証グループを2024年11月に新設しました
本グループではグローバル関連部門やGQ-SAグループとの継続的なコミュニケーションも利用して無菌性保証の概念や重要な要素である環境モニタリングの要求事項についてグローバル水準での理解を深めていますさらに実務を通じてこれらの要求事項を着実に実現することで高い水準で製品の無菌性を保証し患者様社会に貢献することができます
職務内容
- 無菌性保証に関連するGuide line GMP 国内外規制要件 Global 文書とLocal SOPのGap分析を行いCAPA立案および実行するため製造部関係部門と連携してGapの是正に参加する
- CCRのSMEとしての変更内容の評価変更による製品無菌性要求事項に対する影響評価を行う
- 査察や監査の際にSMEとして環境モニタリング業務の内容を説明し指摘事項等に対するCAPA対応時に理論的技術的支援を行う
- 環境モニタリング結果のトレンドのレビューとトレンド改善のための戦略を立案し実行する
- 環境モニタリングのトレンド状況について製造部門へ説明を行う資料を作成する
- 環境モニタリング適格性再適格性評価の計画立案と実行に向けて関係部門と調整を行う
- 無菌性保証環境モニタリングに関わる技術的な情報を収集し必要に応じて展開実行を上申する
- APSや逸脱発生時に製造エリアでの調査のための現場Walkに参加して原因調査に寄与する
- 生菌数逸脱改善活動の実行計画を立案する
応募要件
- 学歴高校卒業以上
- 実務経験環境モニタリングでのサンプリング業務EMRA/EMPQ/EMRQの経験無菌環境での業務経験
- スキルTrackwise VeevaなどのQuality systemの使用経験MS officeExcel Word Power Pointの使用経験
- 資格特になし
- 語学TOEIC 500以上が望ましい英語能力の強化のための取り組みを行っていること
- その他なし

- 製剤の無菌性保証の要件や製造環境モニタリング要件を積極的に学ぶ意欲があること
- 良好なコミュニケーション能力リーダーシップ協調性を有すること
Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary:
Allowances: Commutation Housing Overtime Work etc.
Salary Increase: Annually Bonus Payment: Twice a year
Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30 Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45 (Narita) 8:30-17:15 Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45
Holidays: Saturdays Sundays National Holidays May Day Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
