タケダにて治験薬の開発と製造を担う部門であるPharmaceutical Sciencesは治験薬の供給能力の強化を目的として湘南アイパークに無菌医薬品製造設備を建設しております
治験薬の品質保証を担う私たちPharmaceutical Sciences & Device Qualityは新規設備の導入ならびに竣工後に実施される治験薬製造が最新のGMPに合致していることを保証します
最新設備の導入に始まり設備の稼働後には低分子薬抗体医薬核酸医薬といった様々なモダリティの治験薬製造の品質保証業務に携わりますのでタケダのダイナミズムを感じることのできる部門です
職務内容
以下の品質保証業務を担当頂きます
無菌医薬品製造設備のクオリフィケーションバリデーション図書の照査
出荷判定製造記録照査を含む
製造活動の現場監視ならびに自己点検の実施
製造に関する変更の照査
製造に関する逸脱OOS/OOTまたは苦情の調査結果の照査
原材料の供給業者に対するGMP監査の実施ならびに供給業者との品質契約の締結
内部監査ならびに顧客監査の対応
継続的な品質システムの改善の推進
応募要件
学歴
大卒以上で薬学化学生物学工学または関連する科学分野の学士号を有する方上級学位MSPhDPharmDを取得しているとなお好ましい
実務経験
製薬またはバイオテクノロジー業界で8年以上の経験があること
品質保証品質管理コンプライアンスまたは製造のいずれかの分野で責任を担ってきた経験
部門横断業務で実績のある方
グローバル開発プログラムのサポートおよび規制当局とのやり取りの経験があれば尚可
品質監査資格または同等のGxP監査経験があれば尚可
スキル資格
無菌医薬品の製造プロセスならびに製造設備に関する知識
無菌医薬品製造に関するGMP要件とガイダンスに関する知識
優れた品質リスク評価および意思決定能力
優れたコミュニケーション能力と部門横断的な連携能力
細部への高い注意力とコンプライアンス意識
グローバルな環境において複数の優先事項を管理できる能力
問題解決能力と継続的な改善推進能力
語学
英語口頭及びメールで業務上のコミュニケーションができるレベル(ビジネスレベル)

ハイブリッドワーキングモデルを導入しております製造活動中はオフィスでの勤務が必須となりますが製造が行われていない時には在宅勤務も可能です
供給業者へのGMP監査などのために年に複数回の国内出張が見込まれます

Salary Increase: Annually Bonus Payment: Twice a year
Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30 Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45 (Narita) 8:30-17:15 Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45
Holidays: Saturdays Sundays National Holidays May Day Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
