What Youll Do -
This is not a sales position. This position will assist sales management in facilitating a sale by creating a positive customer experience and assisting with vehicle deliveries. If you like engaging with customers being part of an exceptional experience and helping customers understand the features of their new vehicle this position is for you.
- Engage walk in guests promptly personally and with the goal of opening the conversation and ensuring they feel welcome
- Engage guests in meaningful conversation to understand who they are what brought them to Auto Park Ford and their intent and timeline for purchase
- Inspire and educate guests by answering general questions before turning them over to a member of our management team
- Conduct engaging delivery orientations highlighting key features and benefits to ensure new owners feel confident and excited about their vehicle
- Provide the highest level of customer service to all current and future owners
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to meet business needs
What Youll Bring
- 1 years of customer service and/or sales experience with proven track record to meet and exceed goals
- Strong sense of team mentality and reliability. Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Highly organized attention to detail excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Desire to work full time but with a flexible schedule
- Valid drivers license required
