Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Account Representative to serve as a key liaison between our clients and internal teams. This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships ensuring service excellence and supporting account growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain client accounts with a high level of professionalism

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts

  • Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand services

  • Resolve client inquiries efficiently and proactively
