Job Summary
Job Description
Assist in coaching and mentoring of Division I Track & Field student-athletes including organization and implementation of teams training program and practices. Provide administrative and organizational support for the program. Assist with meet preparation. Assist with holistic development of Track & Field student-athletes. Recruiting activities including campus and home visits identification and evaluation of prospects phone calls correspondence etc. Community involvement. Adherence to all rules and regulations of Marshall University SunBelt and the NCAA .
