Strategy & Customer Solutions (S&CS)
The KPMG Nigeria Graduate Trainee Programme is for graduates who are curious about how organisations grow how strategy turns into execution and how ideas create real-world impact.

As a graduate trainee you will contribute to client engagements that shape critical decisions across industries. Your work will support leaders as they navigate uncertainty respond to disruption and build organisations that are fit for the doing so you will develop commercial insight structured problem-solving skills and the confidence to operate in high-stakes environments.
Within our Strategy & Customer Solutions team you will work on projects spanning enterprise-wide strategy growth strategy business planning and modelling digital strategy customer experience design and transformation and operational excellence. This is a fast-paced intellectually demanding environment where learning happens quickly and performance matters.
We are looking for graduates who think clearly communicate confidently and are motivated by challenge and continuous growth. If you are driven to learn ready to stretch yourself and eager to work on problems that matter this programme is for you.

Eligibility Criteria
Youre an ideal candidate if you meet the following criteria:
Minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division from a recognised university
Masters degree strongly encouraged though not mandatory
At least 5 O Level credits including English and Mathematics
Under 28 years old at the time of application
Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme
Strong research writing and analytical capabilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint Excel Power BI and related tools
No KPMG aptitude test taken within the last 12 months
Successful candidates will resume Training School in September 2026 ahead of the new financial year
(FY27) beginning 1 October 2026.
