About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist – Red Team to join KREOVATE NUSA DIGITAL. This is a fully remote position (eligible regions: North America, Europe, Australia) focused on real-world offensive operations.
This role is execution-focused, requiring hands-on experience in gaining OS-level access, chaining vulnerabilities, and performing full compromise simulations in authorized environments.
You will join a team that designs, executes, and documents sophisticated attack paths to validate client security while maintaining operational rigor and professional technical standards.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced penetration testing on web applications, APIs, internal networks, and cloud infrastructure.

Achieve validated OS-level command execution (reverse shell, bind shell, RCE).

Escalate privileges on Linux and Windows systems.

Chain vulnerabilities into full attack paths and simulate realistic post-exploitation scenarios.

Conduct enumeration, credential harvesting, lateral movement, and persistence (within authorized scope).

Produce clear, reproducible technical documentation and maintain measurable output.
Mandatory Requirements:

Minimum 10 independently executed OS-level exploitation cases in authorized environments.

Strong ability to articulate end-to-end exploitation flows including:

Initial access vector

Exploitation technique
-
Privilege level achieved

Post-exploitation actions

Hands-on experience with:

Web exploitation (RCE, file upload bypass, SSRF, deserialization, template injection)

Linux & Windows privilege escalation

Active Directory exploitation fundamentals

Command execution stabilization
-

Manual exploitation skills; not primarily scanner or compliance-based.

Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) preferred but not mandatory.
Location: Remote
Compensation: USD 85,000 – 160,000+ based on proven capability and experience.
