- 既存のデジタル自動化システムの安定稼働を確保し運用改善や最適化を継続的に実施する 部門横断のデジタルプロジェクト推進とステークホルダー連携強化
- 他部門のデジタル担当者と連携し組織全体のデジタル施策を統合的に推進する デジタルロードマップの策定と実行支援
- 部門ニーズに基づく中長期的なデジタル戦略を策定し現場への浸透と実行を支援する 製造現場データの利活用推進とデータ基盤の強化
- データ収集加工解析の仕組みを整備しデータ可用性向上と価値創出につながる活用を企画推進する データ分析に基づく改善提案と意思決定支援

Ensure stable operation and continuous improvement of digital and automation systems
- Maintain the reliability of existing digital and automation systems while driving ongoing optimization and operational enhancements. Lead cross-functional digital initiatives and strengthen stakeholder collaboration
- Partner with digital representatives across departments to advance integrated digital initiatives and support enterprise-wide alignment. Support the development and execution of the digital roadmap
- Contribute to the creation of mid- to long-term digital strategies based on departmental needs and facilitate their adoption and execution on the shop floor. Promote data utilization and enhance the manufacturing data foundation
- Establish and improve data collection transformation and analytics capabilities to increase data availability and enable value creation. Provide insights and decision support through data analytics
- Select and apply appropriate analytical tools delivering actionable insights and recommendations to management and operational teams. Drive operational improvement and value creation through AI and automation technologies
- Leverage generative AI and automation technologies to enhance operational efficiency and elevate decision-making processes. Foster a culture of digital innovation and enhance organizational capabilities
- Promote the adoption of advanced technologies such as data visualization tools AR/VR and Digital Twin while supporting organization-wide digital literacy and accelerating digital transformation. Ensure data governance and regulatory compliance
- Support the development and revision of system specifications and SOPs in alignment with regulatory requirements and change management processes ensuring the reliability of the digital foundation.

Operational Management and Continuous Improvement through Digital/Automation Systems
- Serve as the SME for automation systems conducting analyses and proposing improvements that enhance manufacturing processes and operational efficiency and providing insights to both management and shop-floor teams.
- Manage system users and deliver necessary training to maintain and elevate operational capability.
Troubleshooting and Technical Support
- Provide first-line response and issue resolution for automation systems including on-site support with preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
Development and Execution of the Digital Roadmap
- Participate in the development of mid- to long-term digital strategies and plans for new technology adoption based on departmental needs and support deployment and adoption on the shop floor.
Enhancement of Data Infrastructure and Promotion of Manufacturing Data Utilization
- Establish and improve mechanisms for data collection transformation and analysis to enhance data availability and quality.
- Develop use cases leveraging manufacturing site data and design scalable solutions for broader deployment.
Fostering a Digital Innovation Culture and Enhancing Organizational Skills
- Promote the adoption of advanced technologies such as data visualization tools AR/VR and Digital Twin supporting the enhancement of digital literacy across the organization.
- Strengthen data utilization capabilities and embed a culture of digital transformation through guidance and hands-on support for manufacturing and technical teams.
Ensuring Data Governance and Regulatory Compliance
- Support the creation and revision of system specifications and SOPs in alignment with regulatory standards such as GMP CSV and ALCOA.
- Ensure the reliability of the digital foundation through proper management of data quality security and change control.
Stakeholder Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with related functions such as Data Digital & Technology Data Science and Business Excellence to manage project stakeholders effectively.
- Drive integrated execution of cross-functional digital initiatives to achieve overall organizational optimization.

- 製薬関連の経験や工場での勤務経験を有することが望ましい
知識経験

- ITシステムやデジタル製品に関連するプロセスの知識

Education / experience
- High school diploma or higher diploma.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Several years of experience in technology management and project management is preferred.
- Practical experience in implementing workplace improvements is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and processes related to digital products
- Experience in developing and utilizing digital tools (such as RPA Power BI Power Automate and Power Apps) is preferred.
