About the role

As a Lineworker or Cable Jointer youll be a key part of a skilled crew responsible for the construction maintenance and restoration of Endeavour Energys overhead underground and substation network assets.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Performing all aspects of overhead underground and substation construction and maintenance.
• Supporting emergency restoration and after-hours fault response when required.
• Working collaboratively with your crew to deliver safe reliable and efficient outcomes for our customers.

About you

Youre a qualified tradesperson who takes pride in working safely delivering quality workmanship and supporting your team. Youll also have a customer-first mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.

To be successful youll bring:

• Trade qualification as a Lineworker or Cable Jointer
• Strong knowledge of construction and maintenance practices for overhead networks
• Proven experience in the installation repair and maintenance of distribution assets
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a small crew
• A strong personal commitment to safety and compliance with OH&S policies and procedures
• Current HR drivers licence

Highly regarded qualifications and experience:

• HC drivers licence
• WorkCover certifications: EWP C2 DG Forklift
• Traffic control qualifications
• Switching capability
• Confidence using iPads and Microsoft Office applications
