Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Account Assistant to support senior leadership and key client accounts. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency strengthening client relationships and ensuring seamless coordination between departments.

The ideal candidate is proactive professional and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to executive leadership

  • Assist in managing and coordinating key client accounts

  • Prepare reports presentations and account documentation

  • Monitor account activity and ensure timely follow-ups

  • Coordinate meetings schedules and communications with clients and internal teams

  • Support contract preparation and documentation tracking

  • Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy

  • Contribute to process improvements and workflow optimization
