Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Kofax Quality Engineer with strong experience in automation and document processing platforms particularly Kofax TotalAgility (KTA) / Kofax Capture. The candidate will be responsible for validating intelligent document processing solutions ensuring high quality performance and reliability across enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in automation testing API validation workflow testing and document classification/data extraction validation.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Perform functional regression integration and system testing for Kofax-based solutions.
Validate document classification extraction and workflow processes in Kofax TotalAgility.
Design and execute test cases test scenarios and test plans.
Automate test cases using frameworks such as Selenium / REST Assured / TestNG (if applicable).
Conduct API testing and backend validation.
Validate OCR accuracy data extraction logic and business rules.
Perform database validation (SQL queries).
Conduct performance and load testing where required.
Work closely with Business Analysts Developers and Solution Architects.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning Daily stand-ups Retrospectives).
Ensure defects are logged tracked and resolved using tools like JIRA.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must Have skills
Strong experience with Kofax TotalAgility (KTA) or Kofax Capture**
Understanding of OCR document classification and extraction concepts
Experience in API testing (Postman / REST)
Automation testing experience (Selenium / Java / TestNG or similar)
SQL knowledge for database validation
Experience with defect management tools (JIRA Azure DevOps etc.)
Knowledge of Agile methodology
Preferred Skills
Experience in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
Understanding of AI/ML-based extraction models
Performance testing exposure (JMeter or similar)
CI/CD pipeline knowledge
Banking/Financial domain experience (if applicable)
