製造品質物流グローバルチームと連携し生産計画在庫管理原材料および資材の調達出荷業務を行い必要な時に必要な医薬品を患者さんにお届けする一連のプロセスに貢献しています
Osaka site Supply Chain is a core function supporting the stable supply of a global pharmaceutical product manufactured at both the Osaka and Hikari Plants. By working closely with Manufacturing Quality Logistics and global teams the department contributes to the entire process of delivering the drug to patients at the right timethrough production planning inventory management procurement of raw materials and components and shipment operations.
OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
Buyer (購買担当者)はマテリアルプランニング発注書 (Purchase Order; PO)の発行から現場への納品後の品質リリースまで原材料を含む資材購入に関連するすべての活動を管理する
- 在庫と廃棄を最小限に抑えながら原材料の有効利用を最大限確保するためにマスタデータを維持管理し計画パラメータを最適化することでSAPを使用した資材購買計画と発注を実行する
- サプライヤー/ベンダー/供給サイトの納品状況を監視し必要に応じて購買部門と協力してパフォーマンスの改善を図る
- 購買部門やその他の関連部門と連携して購入原材料の供給リスクをモニターしリスク軽減策を講じる
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- T-MAP (Takeda Groups Management Policy)に基づいてPOの承認を得る
- SAP ドイツSAP社が提供するERP (Enterprise Resource Planning; 統合基幹業務システム)で購入契約を管理する
- PR (Purchase Requisition; 購買依頼)をPOに変換して発行しサプライヤー/ベンダー/供給サイトとの連絡窓口として情報交換と共有を行い関連する規制/ガイドライン(日本の下請法など)を遵守する
- サプライヤーマネジメントに関連する逸脱/変更管理を実施(起票含む)する
- サプライヤーにおける設備計画の管理
- 購入した原材料の在庫レベルを管理する
- 資材購買計画発注書発行から現場への納品後の品質リリースまでのプロセスを担当しPP (Production Planner; 生産計画担当者) / DS (Detailed Scheduler; 詳細スケジューラー)に納品状況を伝達して共有する
- 契約条件に基づいて需要予測をサプライヤー/ベンダーに連絡する
- ステークホルダーとの返品/支払い/供給契約の管理
- 購買に関するSOX法(サーベンスオクスリー法; 不正会計防止のための法律)/監査要件に準拠する
- 購入原材料のマスタデータと計画パラメータを管理する
- 購買関連事項について関係者 例現場品質購買External SupplyGlobal D&L (Distribution & Logistics)などとコミュニケーションをとる

- 学士号
- サプライ チェーン製造プロジェクト管理営業およびマーケティング購買財務のいずれかの分野で 5 年以上の経験
- ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)の経験があること
- ビジネスレベルの英語
