What Youll Be Doing
Youll be the driving force behind our corporate (B2B) strategy in Bangladesh owning growth execution and long-term account success across corporate meal programs catering pantry supply and other workplace food solutions.
Lead & Scale Corporate Sales
- Build lead and mentor a high-performance corporate sales team and define the B2B operating rhythm.
- Identify new corporate sales opportunities and set playbooks for team to execute from prospecting to onboarding.
- Effectively pitch the foodpanda platform to solve corporate food solutions at scale.
- Drive quarterly planning with measurable growth strategies and clear execution steps.
Deliver Against Targets
- Build and own the corporate sales funnel from lead to close.
- Meet weekly and monthly revenue KPIs and pipeline targets.
- Maintain proactive CRM discipline tracking every activity and outcome.
Grow & Retain Enterprise Accounts
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver extraordinary service and reduce churn.
- Identify client growth opportunities while ensuring smooth customer journeys from signing to usage.
- Manage account receivables in partnership with Finance ensuring strong cash performance.
Collaborate Across foodpanda
- Work closely with Legal Finance Operations and Marketing to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Continuously refine SOPs and processes to improve experience for corporate clients internal teams and operations.

Qualifications :
- 5 years experience in B2B or enterprise sales with 2 years leading teams.
- Proven track record in net-new sales and structured pipeline execution.
- Ability to deliver against targets in fast-paced goal-driven environments startup mindset recommended.
- Excellent negotiation communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable spending up to 5060% of your time in external meetings.
- CRM experience (Salesforce or equivalent ideally).
- Fluent in English and Bangla.
