Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage incubation and content team members ensuring SLAs and quality standards are met.
Oversee the 60-day vendor incubation journey and ensure achievement of key metrics including javelin.
Ensure accurate menu creation timely updates and dish-level photography in line with SOPs.
Train vendors on tablet operations order fulfillment operating hours and payment and billing processes.
Support deal sourcing and early-stage testing of pricing promotions and go-to-market initiatives.
Conduct regular quality checks to improve content accuracy and customer experience.
Track performance and prepare reports using advanced Google Sheets Excel PowerPoint and Google Slides.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and improve incubation and content processes.
